ClearMargin maintains a database of all of your clients, including
telephone numbers and email addresses. Powerful searching criteria are also available.
The data is stored in a Microsoft Access database, so your data
remains accessible to you, even outside of ClearMargin.
ClearMargin allows you to handle items both bought into stock, and those on consignment.
Stock items are immediately entered into the stock book, while consignment items are only assigned a stock number as they
are sold.
If you work on a standard markup, you the program can even work out the price to the supplier as a percentage.
As you enter stock and consignment items, they are assigned a permanent stock code. You can then generate labels for each item, that includes
a description, and the stock number. To sell an item, just enter it's stock code on the sales invoice.
To make a sale, enter a portion of the clients name, press ENTER and ClearMargin will show a list of
clients matching, and complete the address for you.
To sell an item, simply enter its stock code, and all of the details are automatically entered on the invoice.
Invoices are customizable, so they can match the image of your business.
ClearMargin even allows you to keep track of partial payments by customers for each invoice. This makes
it easy to reconcile payments to your bank statements.
